Because Pepcore Supply products are laboratory materials sold for research use only, and because the integrity of each vial cannot be verified after it leaves our custody, our return policy is limited as follows.

Damaged or defective shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or otherwise defective, contact us at info@pepcoresupplyco.com within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the product. We will replace the affected item at no cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

Shipping errors

If we ship the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a corrected shipment at no cost.

Return authorization (RMA)

Do not ship anything back to us without a return authorization. If a return is approved under the sections above, we will email you an RMA number together with the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed or refunded.

Non returnable items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products. Products that have been out of our chain of custody are not eligible for return.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to us as undeliverable through no fault of ours, we may deduct return shipping and restocking fees from any refund issued.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
